The Burning Phantom Of Paia

One night Baldzar and Silva were driving past the
Plantation Hospital in Paia when
they saw a young Filipino lady
standing by the road.
She flagged them down
and asked for a ride.

"Sure get in," Baldzar answered.
She got into the back seat
and off the three of them went.
As they continued down the road,
Silva was talking to Baldzar,
sometimes glancing back at the
pretty young woman who
just sat there quietly.
Suddenly, Silva was speechless.
He tapped Baldzar frantically,
and pointed to the back seat.

"What? What? Stop It"

"Look!" Shouted Silva.

Baldzar looked in the the rear view mirror
and what do you think he saw?
The Filipino lady was burning in the back seat!
She was on fire!
Throwing the doors open both men
leaped out of the moving car,
which then crashed into a ditch.
When they rushed over to the car and looked inside,
there was no evidence that the seat had been scorched
from the flames that they had saw engulf the young hitchhiker.

She has been seen by others....
